Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian
The Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian starts from the face, runs along the anterior aspect of the lower limb, and connects to the abdomen and stomach.
Origin: Starts beside the nostril (Yingxiang, LI20, linking to the Hand - Yangming Large Intestine Meridian). It ascends the face (via acupoints like Chengqi, Sibai), circles the mouth, and runs up the mandibular angle to the forehead front (Touwei).
Descending Course: Descends from the face through the neck (Renying) and chest (Quepen), enters the abdomen to pertain to the stomach and connect with the spleen. Then runs along the anterior abdomen and anterolateral lower limb, via Zusanli, Shangjuxu, ending at the lateral tip of the 2nd toe (Lidui, ST45).
Branch: A branch from Zusanli runs along the dorsum of the foot and ends at the medial tip of the big toe (Yinbai, SP1, connecting with the Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian).

Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian
The Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian starts from the big toe, runs along the medial aspect of the lower limb, and connects to the abdomen and spleen.
Origin: Begins at the medial tip of the big toe (Yinbai, SP1). It ascends along the medial border of the foot (acupoints like Dadu, Taibai), passes through the anterior border of the medial malleolus, runs along the medial midline of the lower leg (acupoints like Gongsun, Shangqiu), and reaches the anterior border of the medial knee (acupoints like Xuehai, Jimen).
Ascending Course: Continuing to ascend from the medial knee, it passes through the anterior border of the medial thigh (Chongmen), enters the abdomen to pertain to the spleen and connect with the stomach. Then it runs along 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline of the abdomen, passing through acupoints like Zhourong, Dabao, and ends at the 6th intercostal space in the chest (Dabao, SP21, connecting with the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian).
Branch: A branch from the stomach ascends through the diaphragm and infuses into the heart (connecting with the Hand-Shaoyin Heart Meridian).
